We were born and raised in Kodagu (Coorg), India’s coffee capital. Surrounded by lush coffee plantations, we didn’t learn about coffee in classrooms, but from the land itself. Coffee has been a part of our lives for generations, passed down like a ritual, roasted into our roots.
From the deep aroma of freshly ground beans to the perfect balance of caffeine and flavor, we grew up with what we believe is the best coffee in India. But when we moved to the city for work, we realized most people didn’t have access to that kind of experience.
And that’s when the idea was born, to bring premium coffee from our hometown to homes across India.

We started FlameBird Coffee with a simple but bold mission: to make café-style coffee accessible, instant, and exciting. We saw how people were spending a fortune at cafés just to enjoy a decent cup of coffee and how instant coffee was often bland, bitter, or boring.
So, we set out to change that.
